Tech billionaire Elon Musk is once again using his massive social media megaphone to trumpet Chinese infrastructure to an international audience.
On Monday, the CEO of SpaceX and Tesla reposted on X, which he owns, a nearly six-minute video of Chongqing East Railway Station in southwestern China, drawing millions of views within hours.

In recent years, the metropolis has gained online fame as the “8D” city for its urban areas built on mountainous terrain, with domestic and international social media influencers seizing on the viral trend of making videos about the city’s landscape and food.
The video Musk reposted was originally posted on Monday by a user named “Ignorance, the root and stem of all evil”. It revealed how China built the world’s largest high-speed railway station in Chongqing.
