Vladimir Putin has met China’s top diplomat, Wang Yi, to discuss cooperation between Beijing and Moscow. The Russian president also told Wang he was looking forward to a visit to Moscow by his Chinese counterpart, Xi Jinping, and to a deepening partnership between the two countries
